Delivery Policy

We will deliver via courier or Singapore Post

Delivery will be between 3-10 days if product is available in stock. For products not in stock or pre-sales order, please contact us for further information. We will strive to deliver within 6 weeks for products not in stock. We will be able to refund purchases fully that have not been delivered for more than 8 weeks.

All deliveries within Singapore only. Purchases with foreign address will be rejected and fully refunded.

Self-collection is available at our Eunos storage facility. All self-collection by appointment only. Proof of purchase or proof of ID is needed to self-collect.

Wrong addresses for deliveries will incur additional delivery charges.

Deliveries may be staggered depending on availability of products purchased. If product is in stock , we will ship out first.

Delivery charges will differ from product-to-product and quantity.

If delivery charges are included in the product package, it will be mentioned in the text of the product description.

Delivery charges and pricing models are fixed.

If no-one is available to receive product, please arrange with the courier for alternatives or putting product at doorstep.

Certain deliveries may require signature or acknowledgement of the receiver.

We do not deliver to restricted zones such as airports, army bases, shipyards, and offshore islands.

Sentosa and Tuas delivery may incur more charges.
